One of the most daunting tasks so far this pregnancy was putting together the baby registry. As a first time mama, I was clueless. So me being the uber picky, champagne on a beer budget, research kinda gal that I am, meant that I started planning...ohhh...about 5 months prior to my shower.
I scoured the internet and asked everyone I know for recommendations and advice. What is essential? What are some multi-use products? What are the top products in that particular items category? Etc, etc…
So here are the items that I personally think are the biggest bang for the average joe’s buck.
...stock up now. People have said babies go through roughly 10-12 diapers/day the 0-1 months, 8-10 diapers/day the 1-5 months, 7-8 diapers/day the 5-9 months, 6-7 diapers/day the 9-12 months. You can honestly never have too many wipes either.
...someone once said if you receive a gift card to try and save it for later, not rush out and spend it. As a baby grows so will their needs and since all babies are different, it’s hard to predict what those needs will be.

What registry did I use?
I used Babylist. I love that the website is very user friendly and compares the item's prices from all major retailers. That way it makes it easy for everyone to save a little money! There's a ton of perks by creating an Amazon registry. I'm not going to lie, I duplicated my Babylist registry on Amazon (however this registry was not shared) for this very reason.
