Hair starter kit for the lazy

An inspo board of simple hairstyles

My absolute favorite hairstyles to inspire even the laziest person. Because legit, if there is one thing I love-hate it’s doing my hair. Oh, what a chore. But the reward, oh so satisfying. Nothing changes your entire look and feel. Below are my top go-to’s when I want to my hair to look put together but don’t have a lot of time to spend on actually doing it.

1.  Bedhead look
2.  Messy bun staple
3.  Casual ballet bun
4.  Simple side braid
5.  The baseball cap
6.  Precious pony
7.  Bandana scarf
8.  Scrunchie...they're baaack!
9.  Barrettes
10. Half up half down

The bed head look

This, my friends, is the real deal. Inspired by literally waking up from sleeping on wet hair. The only thing I do is wash my hair at night, and in the AM: run some anti-frizz serum through my hair, straighten the ends, and maybe spritz it with some big sexy hairspray for extra flyaway reinforcements. I call it the messy hair with straight ends. The wake-up and go. Own your messy, girl.

    The messy bun staple

Woke up like this? Nahhh. This baby took a whole 5 minutes to perfect. High or low. There are a million ways to create this look. Figure out what works for you. Practice, practice, practice.

    The casual ballet bun

It’s the lazy work look dream team. Learn it, people. This will get you some extra zzz’s, it’s almost like cheating at looking so put together.

    Simple Side Braid

For when you wanna look professional yet casual and trendy.

    The baseball cap

Ladies, get yourself one good baseball cap. This beautiful creation is perfect for running errands when you don’t want to wear makeup and your hair looks like you stood too close to a stick of dynamite (or you’re going on day 5 or 14 of not washing your mane). You dread being seen, but going out in public is unavoidable. For the days when dry shampoo ain’t cuttin’ it.

    Precious Pony

An on-point go to, which looks super cute when you straighten your hair, leave it wavy, or with curls.

    Adding a cute hair accessory

    Style up your lazy.

    Bandana/scarf

    Hair scrunchies - they’re baaaack!

    Hair barrettes

and if you haven’t seen the pearl clip you must be living on Mars.

    Half up half down

When you still want length but want it out of your face… or have time to one work with a portion of your hair.

Hopefully, these photos sparked some ideas and motivation to style your hair when you don't want to spend a lot of time styling your hair. Because, girl, I am right there with ya!
